I went to Backyard BBQ for Wednesday (Feb 11) supper. I have not ate there before but am a barbeque fan. Backyard BBQ is self described as central texas inspired bbq. Smoked meat is available by the pound. I was told before ordering that the ribs had sold out about 3:00 - 4:00PM. So, no rack of pork ribs for supper. I requested the Ball Hog Combo ($12.99) a pulled pork sandwich with a pinch of coleslaw and one included side. For sides I ordered Hawk and Cheese ($4.99 mac and cheese), Bean Bags w Pork ($3.99 bbq beans), and Waffle Fries ($3.99). I had lemon water ($0.00) to drink. I found the food all tasted very good with enough, but not too much smoke. The server checked in to assure satisfaction. Total price was approximately $22.00 including tax. Good value! Timing was ok. Service was good. Portion size was good! I left satisfied! Recommended! I will return!

These fries are so good!! The base of waffle fries are perfect because they're crispy and hold well for the loaded-ness. The brisket is delicious! We will get these every time to share.
